it will be defined as per the year in which the candidate first appeared for Class XII exam...

A candidate can appear in JEE exam for two times i.e.once in a year and twice in two consecutive years (back to back two times in two years), did you get a place somewhere?????NO!!!! then i recommend you to try at these places – Netaji Subhae Engg College, Garia,............SSN College of Engg, Kalavakkam,..........Lovely Professional Uni, Punjab,...........
