i have planned to prepare for IIT by my own is it a good option or should i join an integrated college ?

Hi Prakash,

You can prepare for JEE on your own as well. A coaching is not compulsary.

Only a right guidance is mandatory to crack JEE. Even if you join a coaching you will have to do the studies on your own (but you will get a guidance for sure from the institute). If you think you can get that guidance from somewhere else (like say a known person of yours being an IITian) you can self-prepare.
