Hi sir good after noon ,sir i am studying in class 12th, and i am appearing in 2012 iitjee ,but i done mistake in my posting my form,i forget to do attestation in my class 10th certificate ,which has to be sent along with the form ,is my form will be rejected

Thats a minor mistake and perhaps they may accept your form but you must contact JEE officials and discuss your problem with them.
