Assuming that there is no lost in energy during sliding(no friction)(IDEAL CONDITION)
 According to conservation of energy(Since Gravitational is a central force)
In either case the Potential energy of mgh , changes into Kinetic energy as same rate
therefore the speed ratio is 1:1
