Moment of inertia is given as  =>
I = mr^2
where m is the mass of the rigid body and r is the distance of the mass from the point of axis of rotation.
The angular momentum is given as =>
L =mvr
v is the velocity and r is the distance of the mass from the point of axis of rotation.
