why it is difficult to detect neutrinos in nuclear reactor?

neutrons are not detected due to various reason
(1)neutral charge not deflected by electric and magnetic field
(2)outside nucleus it is not stable it breaks into proton,electron and electron antineuteino
(3)its dipole moment,magnetic moment is low to be detectable.
(4)its mass is not detectable
