dear hanuma,
Flattened tyre has more area of contact with the road. Hence rolling friction increases and there by a car with flattened tyre stops sooner.

In case of flattened Tyres more deformation occurs when compared to that of inflated Tyres. Due to more deformation of the the the area of contact of the Tyres increases. Since rolling friction is directly proportional to the area of contact. Flattened Tues stop sooner than of inflated Tyres

Rolling friction depends on the area of contact. In the case of flattend tyres the rolling friction is more due to greater deformation of tyresAsfriction is more it stops sooner
