Maximum weight will be 35N.
Balance the horizontal forces,
T1 cos53° = T2 sin53°
T1= 4T2/3
Maximum value of T1 is 100N so
T2 will be 100*3/4=75 N
Now balance the verticle forces ,
T1sin53°=T2cos53°+ W
100*4/5 = 75*3/5 +w
80=45+w
W= 35 N
