Based upon size of ice and density it possess.
Greater density with water too it would get slightly submerged into water.
But it would float on water with nearly hlf submerged as ice is a solid form of water and hence possessing
nearly same density.
Having cotton inside ice would definitely leads the ice to get submerged into water.
as the cotton gets soked into the watre hence would make the ice more denser than actual water.
