we know that it is necessary to apply force to do work. Also for the calculation of change in K.E and P.E force needed. but in nuclear fusion and fission process the energy released due to mass defect is given by E = mc2 , no force in the formula?
Am i wrong somewhere or This really means that conversion and transfer of energy is possible without force ?
