we can order events in time . as an example ,event B may procede event A but follow event Cgiving us a time order of events C,B and A. Thus there is a sence of time distinguishing past to present to future. Does if imply that time is a vector ? if not , why not?

Events cannot commute with each other. An event B plus an event C will not meanthe same thing as event C plus an event B.Events always occur in the same forward direction. We cannot reverse time . It is a scaler quantity.
