If we draw a figure according to the question
Then hypotenuse = 4
One side will be = sqrt(16-9) = sqrt(7)
Hence angle between 3 and 4 vectors =
tan@ = sqrt(7) /3
@ = tan^-1 (sqrt(7) /3)
