r12 = r2 - r1 = 2i + 2j -k 
|r12| = 3m 
unit vector r12 = (2i +2j-k)/3 
F21 = Kq1q2 /(r12)^2 
F12 = -F21 = (-5*10^-3) (2i+2j-k) N
