Length gets doubled that means 
delta l = 2l (due to strain)
Y = 2 x 10^5 x 10^-5 x l /2 x 10^-4 x 2l
   = 2/2 x 2 x 10^-4
   = 10^4/2
    =50 x 10^2 N/m^2.
