  centre of mass of two particle system is given by 
 (m1r1+m2r2)/(m1+m2)
here m1=2kg r1=2i+3j+5k
m2=3kg r2=3i+4j+7k
so COM of two particle system is (2(r1)+3(r2))/5
so ans is (14i+18j+31k)/5   , this is your answer
