Let N1 , N2 and N3 be the normal forces acting b/e (man and m), (m and M) and (M and wall) respectively.
Draw seoarate FBDs of each block.
For block m,
F – N2 – f = 0
For block M
N2 – N3 – f = 0
f = umg and uMg respectively.
solve for N2.
