velocity at t=8 = ∆x/∆t=(4-0)/(8-0)=0.5 ms-1
velocity at t=10 = ∆x/∆t=(5-0)/(10-0)=0.5 ms-1
therefore it is uniform motion. therefore, vinst=vavg=0.5 ms-1
therefore the correct option is 4) vA=vB=0.5 ms-1
