cream seperation involoves centrifugal force.the device used here is called seperator and this process is called centrifugation.here when the milk is stirred,the cream gets stuck to the walls

Its because of centrifugal force that brings the creamy part of milk on the surface and the denser part of milk goes down and this process is known as centrifugation and is done with the help of machine known as centrifuge. This process is similar to that done during blood group determination
