Thank you Arun sir for explaning my doubt. But I have a confusion in your explanation,kindly correct it.In case of inner sphere you consider charge in inner surface and while considering outer surface you take charge on outer surface. Why??Please explain this to me.

Thats because whatever charge you put inside, shows on the outer surface, which is q.
Although the conductor is neutral, negative charge -q has to come on the inside surface
