Sir an electromagnet is made by wrapping insulated copper wire around a soft iron core. If the wire used is non insulating, magnetism will increase or decrease??

Obviously it magnetism will decrease ! current will choose smallest path (less resistance path)
there will not be current loops around the iron core which is neccesary for magnestism..
