show that einstiens equation E=mc^2 is dimensionally consistent ?

Dear Student,
As we know that , energy (E) = ½ * mass * velocity2.
Then Dimensional formula of Energy is  [ML2T-2]
And our Einstein equation is E = mc^2
Lets take a Right hand side = [ML2T-2]
And we already clear about left hand side => E = [ML2T-2]
As L.H.S = R.H.S
Hence einstiens equation E=mc^2 is dimensionally consistent.
