Brewster’s law is a law which states that maximum polarization of a light ray can be achieved by letting the ray fall on a surface at a certain angle of incidence such that refrated ray makes an angle of 90 with the reflected ray.
Simply stated, Brewster’s law is an effort to establish a relation between angle of polarization and refractive index of the medium.
