Total no of resistors = 7 . Resistance of each resistor =2 ohm
Total resistance is 14 ohm. P.d=3v.when the current is flowing q=v/r=14/2=7. Now when the switch is of no current is flowing. Q=0/14=0 i1:i2=7:0

when switch is open all resistance will work and net resistance will be ¾ and current i1 will be 4A.
When switch will closed upper two resistance will short circuited and net resisance will be 2/3 and current i2 will be 9/2.
So i1/i2 = 8/9.
