Two criteria should be satisfied simultaneously. They are
 
1. Force 1 + Force 2 >= Total force
2. |Force 1 - Force 2|
 
A) 2N,13N → 2+13 =15 >=10  OK ; |2-13| =10
B)5N,16N → 5+16=21 >= 10 OK ; |5-16| =11
C)7,8-> 7+8=15 >=10 OK; |7-8| =1
D)100,105->100+105=205 >=10 OK ; |100-105} = 5
 
Answer is A and B.
