lamda=h/p
also potential energy=kinetic energy
Or,eV=mv2/2
find v from here.
So,p=mv=root(2meV)
Put it in the eq of lamda.
Lamda=h/root(2meV)
Where h=planck's constant
m=mass of electron
e=charge of electron
So V=h2/2me.lamda2=150V

as \lambda = \sqrt{2meV}/h
so V = \lambda^{2}h2/2me = 150V
