Answer: V= VB = VC

Explanation:  Since, the gravitational potential inside a spherical shell is constant, which is equal to V = – GM/R
 
In this question, we will transform the given hemisphere into a full spherical shell.
 
Now, gravitational potential at every point inside the shell will be the same, which will be equal to Vinside = [– GM/R (for upper part)] + [– GM/R (for lower part)]
 
⇒ Vinside = – 2GM/R
 
Since, the potential is a scalar quantity.
Therefore, For upper half shell, potential at every point inside will be same.
 
Hence, V= VB = VC
