F = 10^-23 N = m x acceleration.
accln. = 10^-23/(9.1 x 10^-31) m/s^2
from second law of eqn.
x = 0 + 0.5at^2
x = 0.5*10^-23/(9.1 x 10^-31)*t^2
or
10/100 = 0.5*10^-23/(9.1 x 10^-31)*t^2
Solving for t time we get,
t = 1.82 x 10^-8 seconds. 
x = 1.82 and y = 8.
