we know the basic formula of kinetic energy =p2/2m
so %error in ke=2x%error in p+%error in mass
=[2x2]+3
=7%.hope this helps.

Kinetic Energy (Ek) = p2/2m.--------(1.)
p = momentum, m = mass
        take logarithm on both side
       log(Ek) = 2logp – log2m.
        Differentiating on both sides:
         dEk/Ek = 2dp/p –dm/m
Maximum possible error in kinetic energy
|dEk/Ek|max = 2|dp/p|+|dm/m|
                            =    2x.02 + .03
                            = .07
