the answer is
Fbar . (Sbar+snot )
because (Fbar . Sbar) is the work done in the frame of the train.
Snot is the displacement by gravity

If a person is pushing a box inside a moving train, the work done in the frame of train will be\vec{F}.\vec{s} while that in the frame of earth will be\vec{F}.(\vec{s}+\vec{s_{0}}),  where \vec{s_{0}} is the displacement of the train relative to the ground.
