How to get above 90% in CBSE 12 Physics

Important topics in Physics in Class 12 are:
    Optics,
    Electronic Devices,
    Communication Systems,
    Atoms and nuclei,
    Electrostatics,
    Dual nature of matter
Preparation Stratgy:
1) Those students who are weaker in Mathematics should try to read Modern Physics initially. Semi-conductor is one of the most important chapters and it carries 8 marks. Atom and Nuclei together constitute 6 marks. Dual Nature of Radiation carries 4 marks. Communication system constitutes 3 marks. Having command over these chapters help students in a great deal in obtaining higher marks in Physics. After having command over these chapters, I can assure that nobody can at least fail in Physics.
2) Students should then concentrate on Optics which carries 14 marks in the board exam. First of all one should complete Ray optics which is easier to study. In Wave Optics one should concentrate more on problems of Interference, Diffraction and Young’s double slit experiment.
3) Current and Electricity is also an easier chapter and it carries 7 marks
4) If one has not studied Electrostatics and Magnetism till date then it is better to leave these chapters because these two units consume more times than other. These chapters are very important for competitive exams.
5) EMI and ac is another unit that one needs to focus on. It is an important unit both for the board exam and competitive exams.
6) Practice the ray and other important diagrams carefully
7) Try to solve objective problems to make yourself efficient in solving 1 mark question
Tips for preparation:
1.Go through our NCERT book. It is the most important book for Physics board exam of class 12. All topics in the syllabus for the exam are covered in the NCERT book.
2.Make a complete list of derivations, formulae and experiments in your syllabus and keep that list handy.
3.While solving a derivation, try and comprehend the logic behind the derivations
5.Revise the concepts regularly.
6.If you do not like the numerical part, start early! Get used to the numerical part. Solve each and every numerical in the NCERT book (both, solved and unsolved) and, also refer a supplementary book(pradeep’s). A Physics paper without a numerical is like a comb without teeth.
7.Do not forget to mention the S.I units (if any) of all physical entities.
8.After you finish your syllabus, solve questions from CBSE sample papers and books like EXAM IDEA Sample papers in Physics in a timed environment.
Tips for scoring good marks:
1.During the exam, try to write your descriptive answers in points and give pictorial or graphical illustrations wherever possible. It enhances visibility.
2.Scan the paper before answering
3.For long answer type questions, before starting, frame a skeleton of the answer in the margin.
4.Be crisp and to the point in very short questions.
