x^2 + y^2 = l^2
Differentiating both sides,
2x*dx/dt + 2y*dy/dt = 0
=> 2x*v_{a} + 2y*v_{b} = 0
=> v_{b}/v_{a} = -x/y
tan(60^{0}) = y/x = 3^{1/2}
=> v_{b}/v_{a} = -1/3^{1/2}
=> v_{b} = v_{a}/3^{1/2}= 10/3^{1/2}   
Hence correct option is (B).
