clearly the angle between two vectors is 60 degree 75-15,Now the displacement from a to b is given by the third vector joining a and b i,e., resultant vector
Thus Displacement =root of a^2+b^+2abcos60=root of16+9+2(3)(4)(\small √1/2)=√37
