for the body on the inclined plane, the net accelaration downwards = gsin
the equation for the body is mgsin – T = ma
for the the body on the ground , the equation is T = ma because weight of the body is acting downwards so it plays no role in the tension accelaration horizontally so we won’t include it in the equation.
Solve the two equations and you’ll get the value of ‘a’.
