What u need to understand is that kinematics means when the body is in motion that means it will change its position with respect to time .
and in that there are mainly 2 -3 chapters like motion in a straight line , motion in a plane falls .
and these chapters are easy if u will consider entrance point of view .
SO, JUST USE SIMPLE CALCULUS AND GRAPH AND FORMULA FOR PROJECTILE AND UNIFORM CIRCULAR MOTION , with that much u can easily solve every problem .
if u cannot then here are few pointers on how u can do it
1- frst of all go through all the derivations on 3 equations of motion in calculus format , projectile motion (all cases ) , uniform circular motion .
2- after that note down the result or the formula that u hv got .
3- in that formula , u hv to know which term corresponds to what , and its correct unit .
4- next , u need to draw the graph of that (specially in prrojectile case 0
5- after that , i can assure u can solve all problem .

1- READ THE QUES 2 TIMES AT LEAST .
2- NOTE DOWN EVERY VALUE GIVEN IN THAT
3- SEE WHAT IS ASKED
4- CONVERT IT INTO CORRECT UNIT
5- APPLY THE FORMULA
