The colour
of beer is either due to the amount of darker malts added by brewers or the
oxidation of tanning materials. The brewers actually control the grist by controlling
air flow into the grist.
When it
comes to flavor, in spite of variour proportions brewers adopt, the final quality
depends on the carbonation involved.
