In the linear oscillation regime (most of the time this is how we treat sound), the speed of sound is constant and depends on the conditions (at least for gases this is true). For "normal" conditions (20oC and about 50% relative humidity) this is usually taken to be somewhere between 340m/s and 343m/s.
