V2/V1 = sqrt (T2/T1)
 
hence on substitution of all values, we get
 
V2 = 100 sqrt(5)

Vrms = sqrt (3RT/M) 
Vrms is directly proportional to sqrt (T)
v/ 200  = sqrt(500/400) 
v/200 = sqrt(5)/2 
v = 100sqrt(5)
