Dear,
we can find velocity from which water comes out by conserving energy .
PE=KE,
ρg(H-h)=1/2ρv2  => v=2g(H-h)
Now, for finding horizontal range we will use formula of horizontal projectile motion,
ie; R=v2h/g.
by using this you can find horizontal range of water.
