does the force on a charge due to another charge depend on the charge present nearby ?

The force on a charge due to another charge only depends on the magnitude of both the charges and the distance between them. It never depends on a third charge present nearby. But, the total force on any charge will be affected due to the presence of other charges in the vicinity.
