terminal velocity is when the force on the mass gets zero
using stoke’s law
F_{vis} = 6\pi\eta rv

now F =F_{vis} - F_g = 6\pi \eta rv - mg
at terminal speed F = 0
6\pi \eta rv_t - mg = 0
v_t = mg/(6\pi \eta r)

You can get it from book . It will be more helpful . You can get it from NCERT or any other reference book you have . Terminal Velocity is the speed of a liquid .
