Dear student

voltmeteris an instrument used for measuring electric potential difference between two points in an electric circuit. Analogvoltmetersmove a pointer across a scale in proportion to the voltage of the circuit; digitalvoltmetersgive a numerical display of voltage by use of an analog-to-digital converter.

Anammeter(from Ampere Meter) is a measuring instrument used to measure the current in a circuit. Electric currents are measured in amperes (A), hence the name. Instruments used to measure smaller currents, in the milliampere or microampere range, are designated as milliammeters or microammeters.

Abatteryis a device consisting of one or more electrochemical cells with external connections for powering electrical devices such as flashlights, mobile phones, and electric cars. When abatteryis supplying electric power, its positive terminal is the cathode and its negative terminal is the anode.
