This question is related to the concept of non inertial frame of reference . Therefore, we need to introduce a new force, pseudo force, which act in the opposite direction to that of the bubble( because our object is bubble).
Thus, direction of acceleration of semicircular glass tube is opposite to that of the direction of acceleration of bubble(which is in left).
So, the acceleration of semicircular glass tube is in the direction of right.
(B) is the correct answer.
