Confusion in significant result! In case of significant result 3.1*10^5 - 1.2*10^4 = 30*10^4= 3.0*10^5. and 10+1=10. Please read the descriptionIn case of significant result 3.1*10^5 - 1.2*10^4 = 30*10^4= 3.0*10^5. That means there is 2 significant no and we can't avoid '0' from '30' because we got it by substruction. But, in case of significant result, when we add 10+1=10 then why we don't count 2 significant numbers and we also got it by the addition that directly means we are avoiding 0 here! But why we do it, unlike the previous operation?
