Twinkling of stars is the right answer.

It is because stars when twinkles its ligt doesn't suffer any refraction but in all other cases it suffers

The twinkling of a star is due to atmospheric refraction of starlight. The starlight, on entering the earth's atmosphere, undergoes refraction continuously before it reaches the earth. ..

Correct option is 4
remember twinkling of star is due to atmospheric refraction
option 4 is wrong since red light does not undergo any dispersion it actually refracted from prism, only white light may undergo dispersion from prism so option 4 is wrong in its own.
