da/a=2×da/a+3×db/b+dc/c+1/2dd/d (Because % erroe can not be Negetive So the derivative always positive)
or, 2×1%+3×3%+2%+1/2×2%
or,2%+9%+2%+1%
or,14%

`A = a2b3/cd1/2
max dA/A  =  2da/a + 3db/b   + dc/c  + dd/2d
then
% error in A       = 2*1  + 3*3 + 1*2 + (1/2)*2     = 14%
