Id say the anwer is = option D
…....explanation …..... Force=charge(v x b)=charge (vb sin(angle bw them))...........here given that the wire lies in the direction of x- axis....so v1 =0 as angle between v1 and I is zero....therefore v=square root of v2 square + v3 square....so that only matches option D....btw....b=(permeability x current x distance vector) divide by (2pie x square of distance vector)...
