can a convex mirror forms a real image as an object ?

No, not at all.
Convex mirror always forms vitual image.
Reason: The center of the mirror is on the other side of the object. Light rays parallel to principal axis are reflected from the mirror and they do not meet. They appear to be coming from a point on the other side but in reality they do not meet at a point. Therefore, image is virtual.
