Assertion: If a liquid in a vessel is stirred
and left to itself, the motion disappear
after few minutes.
Reason: The moving liquid exerts equal
and opposite force.

  1. both assertion and reason are true because any stirred liquid stops due to viscsity i.e, the opposing force that layers of liquid appy on each other.
