No. Consider, just for example, the unit vectors in cylindrical coordinates: 𝜌̂ 𝜌̂ 𝐳̂ =cos𝜙𝐱̂ +sin𝜙𝐲̂ =−sin𝜙𝐱̂ +cos𝜙𝐲̂ =𝐳̂ . By inspection, you can see that they cannot be constant, because they depend on the variable 𝜙.
