for string directly attached to 18kg, let tension be T, then since it is balanced , 18 x 10 = T so T= 180N
Now this T is being balanced by two strings let their tension be T’’ then T = 2T’’
according to diagram, F= T’’ so F= T/2 = 180/2 = 90N :)
